Refund & Exchange Policy — All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item arrives missing, damaged, or incorrect, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video — from sealed parcel to contents — and send it to us on WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery, along with your order number.

Claims without a valid video, an already-opened parcel, or verbal/written complaints alone will not be accepted.
